Baby Corn Pakoda
Ingredients:
Baby Corn – 1 cup
Gram Flour – ½ cup
Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Cumin – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Oil – for deep frying.

Step by Step Recipe
Thaw the frozen baby corn and
pat dry.
In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, spices, salt, ginger-garlic paste, & coriander.
Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
Enjoy your meal with love.!
Heat oil in a deep pan.
Dip baby corn in the batter and deep fry until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
