Broccoli Stir Fry (Indian)
Ingredients:
Broccoli – 2 cups
Onion – 1 small (chopped)
Garlic – 2 cloves (chopped)
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp

Step by Step Recipe
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ½ tsp cumin seeds.
Add 2 chopped garlic cloves and 1 sliced onion, sauté until golden.
Add 2 cups broccoli, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp red chili powder, & salt to taste.
Enjoy your meal with love.!
Stir-fry on high heat for 5-6 mins until slightly crispy.
Sprinkle ½ tsp garam masala,
mix well, and serve hot.
