Cauliflower - Gobi 65
Ingredients:
Cauliflower – 2 cups
Corn Flour – 3 tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
Gram Flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Cumin – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Green Chili – 1 (slit)
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Oil – as needed for frying

Step by Step Recipe
Blanch frozen cauliflower in hot water for 3 minutes, then drain.
Mix flours, spices, ginger-garlic paste, salt, & lemon juice with little water to make a thick batter. Coat cauliflower & marinate for 15 minutes.
Deep-fry until golden and crispy.
Enjoy your meal with love.!
Heat oil, sauté curry leaves, garlic, and green chili, then toss fried cauliflower in it.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
