Step by Step Recipe
Heat oil/ghee in a pan, & cumin, bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves, & cardamom. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Cook until onions turn golden.
Stir in tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until tomatoes soften.
Enjoy your meal with love.!
Add green beans and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add soaked rice and mix gently. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
Cover and cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes until rice is done.
Fluff the rice, garnish with coriander, and serve hot.
