Mix Veg
Ingredients:
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander for garnish

Step by Step Recipe
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds.
Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Enjoy your meal with love.!
Add tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Cook until soft.
Add mixed vegetables & a little water. Cover & cook until tender.
Sprinkle garam masala and
mix well.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
